Ingredients
- 1 lb fusilli pasta
- 1 1/2 cup green peas
- 1 shallot, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 8 oz crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup Loli's Probiotic Caesar Dressing
- 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
Directions
- Cook pasta accordingly to package directions, until al dente
- Drain pasta and rinse under cold water until the pasta is chilled. Add pasta to a large bowl
- To the large bowl, add peas, shallot, mint, dill and feta. Add caesar dressing and pepper - toss well to combine
- Serve immediately or serve in the fridge before serving
