Spring Peat + Pepper Pasta Salad


  • 1 lb fusilli pasta
  • 1 1/2 cup green peas
  • 1 shallot, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 8 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup Loli's Probiotic Caesar Dressing
  • 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper


  1. Cook pasta accordingly to package directions, until al dente
  2. Drain pasta and rinse under cold water until the pasta is chilled. Add pasta to a large bowl
  3. To the large bowl, add peas, shallot, mint, dill and feta. Add caesar dressing and pepper - toss well to combine 
  4. Serve immediately or serve in the fridge before serving
