Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Because of the refrigerated nature of our products, orders are shipped out Monday-Wednesday for local ground and 2nd-day air shipping.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We cannot ship to P.O. or APO/FPO Addresses

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation and an e-mail with tracking information once your order ships. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Loli’s Foods is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Loli’s is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim: hello@eatlolis.com. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot ship internationally or to Alaska or Hawaii.
