Ingredients
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 12-16 oz green beans
- Loli's Probiotic Ranch Dressing
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit
- Create a dredging station: Prepare 3 shallow bowls. In a shallow bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, parmesan, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. In another dish, beat the eggs. Add the flour to another dish
- Use one hand to coat a couple green beans in the flour, then place in the egg mix. Use the other hand to coat with the egg, picking up and letting the excess drip off then place it in the breadcrumb mixture. Use the first hand to coat the breadcumb mixture, then place on a baking sheet. Repeat with the reamining green beans, using one hand for the dry and one hand for the wet egg mix
- Transfer baking sheets to the oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown and tender
- Serve hot with Loli's Ranch dressing to dip!
