Ingredients

  • 1 cup of diced chicken breast and/or thigh
  • Cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 2 Hard boiled eggs, sliced 
  • Cooked bacon, chopped
  • Avocado, chopped
  • Pickled onions (recipe below)
  • Loli's Green Goddess dressing 

Pickled Onions

  • 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt

Directions:

Combine all ingredients, top with pickled onions and drizzle with Loli’s Green Goddess dressing
