Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup Loli's Probiotic Green Goddess Dressing
- Salt and pepper as desired
- 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded gouda cheese
- 1 cup shredded gruyere cheese
- 1 lb elbow macaroni or cavatappi noodles
- 1/2 cup toasted breadcrumbs - optional
Directions
- Heat a medium saucepan over medium heat and add butter
- When butter melts and starts bubbling, sprinkle in the flour and a pinch of salt and pepper and whisk until well combined. Cook 2-3 minutes, stirring often to make a rue
- Lower heat to medium low and slowly whisk in the milk until well combined. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened
- Stir in Green Goddess dressing and shredded cheeses and bring to a low simmer. Stir often until the cheese is melted and the suace is nice and thick - about 3 minutes
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package directions, until al dente
- Stir the pasta with the sauce until well combined and all the noodles are coated with sauce
- Serve with toasted breadcrumbs on top if desired and enjoy!
