Green Goddess Naan Pizza

Pizza night just got upgraded! Skip the tomato sauce and use our herbaceous Green Goddess dressing as the base of your pizza! Want to make it vegan? Just substitute your favorite plant-based mozzarella + feta cheese and you're good to go! 

 

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 2 large Naan (or 4 pitas)
  • ¼ cup Loli’s Green Goddess Dressing
  • ⅔ cup freshly shredded mozzarella
  • ⅔ cup marinated artichokes, roughly chopped
  • ½ shallot, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup kalamata olives, halved
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta
  • Freshly minced parsley

  • Red pepper flakes

Directions

  1.  Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the naan on the lined baking sheets.
  3. Drizzle 2 tbsp of the green goddess dressing over each Naan and spread evenly.
  4. On top of the dressing, sprinkle ⅓ cup of the shredded mozzarella, ⅓ cup of the marinated artichokes, ½ of the sliced shallot, and ¼ cup of sliced olives on each naan.
  5. Place in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the naan is golden and the cheese is melted. Remove from the oven and sprinkle 2 tbsp of crumbled feta over each pizza, followed by freshly minced parsley and a generous sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
  6. Slice and enjoy immediately!
