Simple Fall Salad

Ingredients - Serves 4 

  • 4 cups arugula
  • 4 cups baby kale
  • 1 small honeycrisp apple, thinnly sliced
  • 1 cup rustic croutons of choice 
  • 2/3 cup chopping walnuts
  • 4 oz soft goat cheese, crumbled
  • Loli's Probiotic Lemon Garlic Vinaigrette


  1. Assemble the salad by combining all ingredients into a large mixing bowl
  2. Pour desired amount of vinaigrette onto the salad
  3. Toss and serve immediately
